Good find/reminder on this initial 8-K. it proves that compliance RMHB has done in the execution of the the process we have been witnessing and unfolding over the past year. Yes anticipating more 8-K's upcoming with the implementation of the PO's about to happen. IMO, we are good!
Note: This totally discredits the LieHub board again, about comments made a few days ago there regarding lack of 8-K documentation. Mostly paid desperate bashers there, all should take with a grain of salt of no credibility.
