The contract is actually supposed to be valid for 3 years from initiation.
3. Term. The initial term of this Agreement shall be of three (3) years from the date listed above, and the Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one (1) year terms unless the non-renewing party provides written notice of intent not to renew no· later than sixty (60) days prior to expiration of the applicable Term.
I'm sure we'll be seeing numbers go up and new 8k's very soon. Large scale, well established businesses want this to go with throttle up ASAP.
