I agree, I had mentioned several times that it would be great if they simply merged, do an equity swap and not require the capital raise to fund it but I didn't expect it to actually go like that. Thought it was more wishful thinking. This is going to be quite spectacular. Knowing this, the market should immediately price in the doubled market cap at the very least.
