Rory said in the video today the raise would be in connection with the uplist to the NASDAQ. Didn't necessarily say it would happen the same day so maybe sooner?
My guess is to meet the NASDAQ minimums, some of this has to happen a month before but maybe not. Just a guess.
I said this before. You don't go through all this trouble and hope you get to the finish line and people give you $25M. You have a pretty good indication on how things turn out ahead of time.
For all we know, one investor may have looked at this and said I'll give you $25M next month for x percent on condition you get to the NASDAQ within X days. Wouldn't that be something.
