I will make a prediction. I think we will get about $4-5 million in cash and of course stock in Coeptis. I don't think we will get anymore than that and I think we may get only some of the cash now and the balance when they do the IPO. The idea that Elto is worth $300 million is ridiculous as I've posted before. It is worth that only after successful phase 3 results, but not now. Jason Napadano did an analysis of Elto a few years ago. I've posted it before but here it is again:

So yes Elto can be worth a lot in the future, but not yet.
If Copetis does in fact raise $18 million per the Form D, then 1.8 million will go to the commission. I'm thinking they might allocate $6 million to satisfy Psychogenics in the event there is a delay in the IPO. Then it will probably cost a million to do an IPO/listing? If you figure 5 million to AMBS, then I can see why they might want to raise that much prior to an IPO.
I also think as I've said many times, the toxics will extend until at least April. I hope we get a filing and/or an actual real press release next week. Hopefully we'll know what is going on soon. Howard wrote this last pr this week, but as I posted before, it was on behalf of Coeptis, not Amarantus. I'm sure Gerald owes Howard money and he is not going to do any more pr's for the Company until he is paid.
