Kadmon wasn't acquired by Eli Lilly. It still exists. The President of Kadmon, Harlan Wakasi used to be the President of ImClone which was acquired by Ely Lilly. Interestingly, Wakasi also went to prison for insider trading while he was at ImClone. But fortunately, none of this has anything to do with Coeptis.
