Mirror cases, both lost 101,same evidence, dismissal reversed!
It becomes a precedent to have our dismissal overturned!
Significance :SFOR will win their case, no contestation of our patent moving forward.
PPS will soon soar as SFOR is pretty much guaranteed a win and all infringer will pay, adding up to 100' of millions will be rolling in. SFOR as an investment is a no brainer.
It wouldn't surprise me to see a few whales swimming around SFORs waters to gobble up a few schools of swarming SFOR shares.
