One of the most high powered Ropes & Gray attorney's (Douglas H. Hallward-Driemeier-go to R&G's website to see his bio) filed for the SecureAuth Alice 101 case TO BE REVERSED. Mark Kay stated back in June 2018 that we are close to winning all of our current lawsuits!

ZPaul, I don't know if any of us have really listened as you have stated over and over again that we might not need Oral Arguments. My question is: how quickly could the court rule on this motion?
This is what the court said in the referenced case: 'For the foregoing reasons, we reverse the judgment of the district court and remand the case. Costs to Ancora.
