There has been a pretty big increase in the number of mm's on the both the bid and the ask in the last couple weeks or so. There are currently 7 on the bid between .0194 and .021 and 9 on the ask between .031 and .0238. I believe that is about the most market makers I have ever seen in such a tight range for this stock. No idea what that means if anything, but interesting.
