A number of companies RS to get off the OTC trash heap. It's the most common way way to do it as the dice are loaded here to keep good companies here as long as "they" can make money. Plenty of articles out there that say RS on the way up can be good. On the way out of business is bad.
Since the sp is already beaten up, I'm good with getting off the OTC ASAP vs releasing a bunch of great news for people to bash and play games.
I am also good with the advice of the board, AGP and the other experts. I would suspect the weak to panic for a bit until Rory gives an up. At least that's how it usually goes.
