Looks like Sound Concepts Gross profits is about 6 million per year, which makes us profitable upon merger completion. Merger completion will be in Q1 of 2019. I am assuming that uplist will happen simultaneously with the acquisition still.
Also, the board will choose the reverse split 1:5-1:40. I’m not at all deterred by this and I hope no long is. When you have Rory who owns 30% of shares, he would be the hardest hit by this, and when this is to get to Nasdaq we open ourselves to so many more buyers. It’s a win in my opinion.
Idk what this will do to share price short term, but I don’t care. I’m gonna try to get to 20,000 shares so the reverse split cuts them evenly. Long term I see nothing but green.
