Yo CJ, man great post, for that I gave you the thumbs up twice! Now mind you, I was going to say the same thing word for word but you beat me too it... lol lol lol 
On a serious note your post was fantastic, and IMHO SPOT ON. As far as losing some peeps, don't worry about that because if it did lose anybody they really don't get it to begin with.
