Wharfrat, I think that is a possible interpretation, and it sounds reasonable to me. However, the only business or group that we are aware of that was "retooled" is Univec. AGRiMED was started from scratch by Sterling Crockett and Doctor Goldman as was SATIVEO. So unless the business model has changed (which it could have) all the other businesses are brand new.

Regardless, this appears to be a positive message that affirms the relationships involved even though I detect a bit of annoyance with the insistence of the poster he is responding to. My guess is the poster complained that he needed the money and was tired of waiting for the world to change for his or her benefit.
