This is a confirmative message to me
that Agrimed and Sativeo(the two groups') will be a part of the 'effort' (UNIVEC).
I take it the 'effort' refers to UNIVEC which he believes in Dalton 1000%
The two groups I take as Agrimed and Satevio that he has 'retooled' and
to be a part of the 'effort' that is UNIVEC.
