Dislike the new dates. Makes it seem much less like a sure thing. The IPO seems like less a sure thing too since they haven't even chosen a path.
On the other hand, given the NYSE isn't accepting Reg A IPOs we at least know this company isn't of the Reg A ilk.
Still, this may have been an essential and major first step in something great to come.
