Was there ever any doubt Aspire was selling shares? That’s how the company has been funded. The thing I could never understand is why people assumed they were holding “just less” than 5% to avoid the 13g filing. Did Aspire say they were holding shares? My guess is by now they have no shares but I have no way of knowing. We know how many shares have been issued since the agreement (according to the recent 10k) so it’s hard to argue with that.

Who knows about the MoFO. I trust no one. The major drop started in July. Something happened then that started the ski slope drop. The steeper drop started after the 10k. Then the bottom fell out two weeks ago and now we’re on a shelf near the bottom of El Capitan. Rescue teams are coming. Aren’t they?
