Here’s the truth I was saying - Aspire has sold at least 44M shares since 2012.
Here’s my supporthing fact - Aspire hasn’t filed Schedule 13G since 2012.
163M OS * 5% = 8.15M shares (the most Aspire can hold without filing Schedule 13G)
5.26M shares (from the $7M agreement) + 46.95M shares (see link below) = 52.21M shares (total since 2012)
52.21M - 8.15M = 44.06M shares (sold since 2012)
