Odd that a ihub poster could say this someone rebut it he has no inside info or could he know what the board of Merck would do:
Let’s say a deal does happen.
It would be some subsidiary of Merck, and it wouldn’t do anything to this pps. It would be like a tech penny stock partnering with Amazon Cloud Service.
Merck’s organizational governance wouldn’t allow cash flow to be transferred to this subsidiary. Merck’s stakeholders would have to be ok with this and there are still many that are against anything MJ.
The board at Merck wouldn’t allow this. Period.
