As for the simultaneous acquisition and uplist, I don’t believe the offering price will be in this S-1/A, I think the audits and other pertinent information will be there. I think it’ll take a little more time for offering price, acquisition and uplist to all occur at once. As Rory said in the video we are still on pace by end of year, this is despite the bumps in the road that they got by.

So very eager to see the audits from the past three years, to see what they have made and also year over year. Could be very telling for the offering price, just one part of the offering price.

Rory and team have my full support, all they need is the time, I’m perfectly fine with that.
