The case is on contingency, so why wouldn’t they continue to be a thorn in Johnson and Johnson’s side. Obviously if the contingency lawfirm which I believe Is FRC wants to move forward with an appeal they believe in the case. This will eventually end in favor of Pharmatech. Continue to run the business. A settlement within the next year will be icing on the cake.
