This is an option but honestly is it worth it? We can see this dragged on until someone runs out of money and that’s the end of things. At this point, I don’t know, but if I was Bernan I’d seriously look into the money cost and also time cost of pursuing this patent infringement case. Of course I would have liked to see a favorable ruling but the judge spoke. Berman has a solid business plan, it may to best to focus on that and execute.
