This is the first step. Complete this, then
Uplist Elto Pharma to the HK exchange
then Reg A AMBS.
Not sure which one will happen first, but completing this first step will open the door to the other two.
My guess/objective is Uplist then. Reg A.
Reg A could be easier and therefore quicker, but I still firmly believe Uplist will make Reg A a far quicker process and almost of secondary importance.
Proof of concept with GC and what's he's been working towards.
