It looks like MTS has already found a source for the $1.5 million they need to remain on the NASDAQ through Alpha Capital and are voting on it tomorrow at the shareholders meeting. So the only thing I can figure is if they may decide to cancel the vote to pursue the deal with AMBS instead? Just more unanswered questions.
