Based on the updated OTC markets page, I think the float is now 1,986,197 as that is the unrestricted OS as of 10/11/2018.
I believe the float number from 7/02/2018 is no longer accurate, and just hasn't been updated correctly in the company profile.
That being said both numbers are far too low, and the float will have to go up some, just to fuel good liquidity. The OS id already 538,629,319 which gives this a market cap close to 1 billion dollars, which is not realistic long term.
My guess is that the float will go up some, and the 400+ million restricted shares owned by the two insiders will get converted into preferred or possibly even have some of them retired.
They were purchased for 95,000 which is a price well into the trips.
GLTA with $RCGP, there is potential here.
