Okay, I don't know nothing about nothing, AND..I'm stupid. But..
My 2 RS's bumped the price, uplisted, bottom dropped out, delisted.
1. These 2 companies did NOT have a viable product at the time (and still don't) (WHICH WE DO! SEVERAL!!)
2. Also, they both had a gazillion shares outstanding (WHICH WE DON'T).
3. Neither of these companies had RORY CUTAIA (WHICH WE DO!)
Both had retired celebrities from their various industries come onboard as advisors, but not CURRENT industry celebrities, like nFUSZ.
I don't see how the math would work on an RS for our low numbers.. IMO, we'd have to just about immediately increase, or FS in order to have liquidity/ shares for acquisitions, etc.
So..I really don't think that an RS is in our future, but if da Man say split, I say "How wide??"
(I've never been rich before....this is gonna be neat!!)
