Big time congrats on the buy this week. I hope you were able to put some of these in your Roth IRA. With the gains i believe are coming, tax free looks pretty good.
As far as the RS, others here have done a good job explaining its not going to happen.
The amended S1 is coming and will give the needed information for the valuation reset I've been talking about for a while. The current share price is really irrelevant at this point anyways. Once the IPO offering is made public, after proper valuation of all facts and figures involved, the stock price is going to likely smash the target price. It would seem there is quite a list of large players that want to invest for the long term. Uplist to NASDAQ is the gateway.
Compound that with earnings growth that i believe will be on fire going forward, and the many new products and partnerships that are seemingly on the way, it's a recipe for thousands upon thousands of retail investors to pile into the future upside.

Others will look back after uplist and say "AH...I see said the blind man!"
