I'm not an experienced investor, but I can still share both my opinion and limited experience. I have been in a few stocks that had to RS in order to stay listed on a major exchange like NASDAQ or NYSE. Every time this occurred, the SP would quickly drop until the SP was almost back to the same price as before the RS. Okay, that was my experience.
My opinion is that not all RS are bad. I think it depends on the reason for the RS as well as the quantity and type of PRs that are released prior to and after the RS. If nFUSZ decides to do a RS, it will not be done to remain listed on a major exchange, but to get off of the OTC. In other words, it will be by choice, not necessity. Once FUSZ is on NASDAQ, there are big investors (not traders), institutions, funds, etc. that will be buying FUSZ which will help support and stabilize the stock. I also believe nFUSZ will have a sufficient quality and quantity of PRs to keep driving the price up instead of falling.
I seriously doubt we will get to see a RS with nFUSZ to uplist, but if it happened I wouldn't keep me up at night. All of us longs that have done a decent amount of DD know where nFUSZ will be one day ... it's just a matter of time.
