Please don't take this the wrong way, I'm invested here and got some defensive answers on Ihub when I asked this.
I've read the filings that just came out, and they completely contradict the float number of 284,387. I'm wondering where that number came from? Was that the float prior to the new owners taking over?
I've emailed IR and Ray Grimm to try find out what the float actually is right now. The most recent filing didn't detail the float, but did say the OS is 37,197,199, which is a really small OS, and hopefully the float is a lot smaller than that, It looks like they have 538 million shares issued and about 500 million of those are restricted.
If I get an answer from the CEO or IR about the share structure I'll share it here (probably over on iHub too).
