These funds will be used to continue to advance the Company’s pipeline.... Could it be this is in reference to the B-OM sachet development that they have been working on and the two B developers that they have agreements with. Doesn't make sense to sign a term sheet (both sides agree on price and structure) and then plan to move B-OM on their own.
