As much as I cringe at dilution, dems da grapes. Especially on the OTC for a start up bio.
The deal "with the family".
BEVERLY, MA – October 9, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) Innovation Pharmaceuticals, (OTCQB:IPIX) (“the Company”), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company, is pleased to report that it has secured new financing for up to $10 million from one multi-family office focused on healthcare and life sciences, including an initial net placement of approximately $2.2 million over the first 30 days. These funds will be used to continue to advance the Company’s pipeline of first-in-class drug candidates: Brilacidin for Oral Mucositis, Kevetrin for Ovarian Cancer and Prurisol for Psoriasis.
Pay the CRO. Any liability such as that needs to be rendered asap to keep the slate clean if for no other reason. So I do think we'll hear something about the lock soon.
Moving brilacidin, maybe after the Nov presentation we'll hear of the meeting with the FDA.
And finally, btd for brilacidin, not a dead horse imo.
The fear of dilution always has a negative effect on the pps. That simple.
I'm watching.
One of the catalysts come through, especial partnership or decent prurisol data, the dilution will vaporize. As well as cutting it off.
