Agreed they are different scenarios, but I would think that there is a good chance the basic steps are going to be similar? Regardless, I am still learning from experience on this one. Maybe I should do a better job on DD on these types of things in advance, but I feel good about my DD on the strength of IPIX's science and target markets, so I am not as concerned about studying real hard on the intricacies of the deal making.
