Got it, and I agree. To me, it seems that the timing of the release of the HEMPd water next week was indeed tied to the passage of the Farm Bill. No one told me that, it's just what I was thinking.

I believe Mike has said the HEMPd water will be released Oct 5th, so we'll see if the Farm Bill delay is material to that.
