I've made further inquiries to be certain, but as far as I know, the private label deal will not be affected by delays to the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill.
The production and transporting of the private label product had already been arranged in full compliance with current U.S. law, so all we are waiting on is the Mexican FDA's final stamp of approval and we're off and running.
The passing of the 2018 Farm Bill will impact U.S. production and distribution of hemp and hemp derived products in a positive way which will be awesome for all of us, but again, as far as I know we are good to go with the private label deal just as soon as Mexico says go.
