BDP we've over that subject ad naseum SB didn't
want to pay it at all as its NOT his or his companies debt.

These SETTLEMENT negotiations with TAX GOV take time
I'm in one right now and its taken over a year to get the
GOV to settle at a lower figure.

Bottomline it will get done most likely with installments
and become a non issue so we can move on to O/S
reduction and AUDIT back on track.
