I agree that Delaware will settle and give ONCI an installment plan, however I do not think we will be good with FINRA because We need a certificate of good standing which will not be granted until the debt is paid in full(whatever the amount negotiated). So unless SB has the cash and wants to part with it I don't think we will see a name change "Soon".
However, that being said a PR from SB that we have negotiated a settlement with DE and the name of private label deal will shoot us too at least 1penny plus. Any other news and any price is possible.
I finally am feeling a little hopeful that this happens very soon. I'm hoping for Friday.
