Do we/you think there were fibs? Little white lies? Our overly optimistic expectations? Ineptitude on our part? Ineptitude on gov't part (sorry for redundancy)? I believe that Steve filed for name change. So, what happened and why should we believe that the 3 (or, 2) events cited as need to happen events, will happen in a reasonable time frame. BTW, I never quite understood the need for the name change as it was never explained. Why couldn't we offer several different product lines under the ON4 Communications name? Were we concerned that one arm - say Dental - could fail and bring the other successful arms/legs down?

To blame everything - and, I mean everything - on the slow pace of the name change was ridiculous. We couldn't announce deals - huh? We couldn't advertise - for products with very little market awareness - because we wanted to spend those $$$ on HEXAGON advertising - double huh?

Now we are hearing 1 week; 2 weeks; Oct 17th; 30 days; etc. What if we don't deliver by any of those dates?

Does anyone know what Steve's buy out price is today?
