I doubt there is an application for requesting a name/ticker change with FINRA, due to the un-resolved Delaware debt, and other factors. Once again, shareholders were lead to believe the delay was the result of FINRA and their slow evaluation and processing timetable. I have never heard of a new cussip number being assigned. These are all continual concerns and present a pattern of behavior of Strve Berman in my opinion. Perhaps he should consider appointing a new and highly qualified CEO and stick with sales if the potential ahead is as stated.
