It makes sense to me. The size should be good with 5+ indications (OM,UP,UPS,UC, Crohn's). It's all about whether the deal closes. People with experience have said that it almost always does but other people were trotting out 50% stats regarding term sheet signed -> deal.
God, let it be $300M upfront.
