You can say what you like B.Izzy. Maybe many here are right and Leo is in total control. Maybe the deal is already signed. I'm not that comfortable though. This most recent 10-K filing is the first time I have actually worried about or thought that this stock could actually go to $0.00 since the B-ABSSSI results in October 2014.
Somehow people have rationalized the extreme risk of total loss illustrated in this 10-K as some clever chess maneuver by Leo. Hopefully it works out that way and we get an announcement on 10/1 to avoid Aspire dilution just like some claim. I believe this one is coming right down to the wire. Do or die - as illustrated by the dire tone of the 10-K. It's not just CYA lingo...we're flipping a coin.
Deal - we live.
No deal - we die.
It's just that simple in my opinion.
