Normally, process is dictTated that way but this was civil suit filed and NTEK has to pay. Did you even look up court case? Did you bother to email the Company to find other details? Sounds like you did not. Based upon employment laws I don’t think the Company handled the situation appropriately and will end up paying some monies out of pocket. That is par for this management team. Seems like they lack financial policies that came back and bit them in the ass. I hope this was a listened learned.
