Last time we heard from Leo was 7/17 when the CoreRX contract was signed for OM sachet. I think that probably was the last piece the BP required before signing the term sheet for OM.
Leo being quiet for 2 months tells me a partnership is near...as in early October but I won't complain if BooDog is right and we get it in the next 11 days..
