Through next week is a dead time for company in regards to news as they have no intention of meeting any milestones. Many, including me, seem to think that Sept was merely a month to get through and allow the OM/IBD term sheet partner to do their DD. The milestone PR seems to have been a ploy by Leo to get the best bid for the term sheet. Appears to have worked since he signed off on it.

Oct setting up to be the best month in company history for the share price or the longest month in company history depending on receiving good news regarding finalizing the term sheet.

My heart and gut tell me that Oct will be a very good month, but my head tells me I better gird for Nov as the good month just to be on the conservative side.

We are definitely going down to the wire as to finances and I cannot say I am at all pleased we as stockholders have been put in this position but it is what it is.

Heard from a friend who's son is a COO of a private firm that buys a number of small companies every year as that is their expansion vehicle of choice and he says that his son gives the chances of a completed deal as extremely high. He has never had a deal backed out of that had progressed to the point that the financial conditions had been worked out and all that was left was the legalese. The confusing part of the 10K was that it didn't make perfectly clear as to whether the financial terms were worked out in Aug. since it had that confusing sentence regarding such numbers.

All in all, looking very good for the deal that will finally allow all of us a breather from the pounding IPIX has been taking for the past few years from a very determined entity obviously trying to squelch the company. I for one am ready for a great deal in hand and additional deals in re: to P and K rapidly moving towards completion

Sure hope Oct is a short and happy month for all of us.
