I struggle to see how you could get to that conclusion form my post, as it very much states the exact opposite.
I am very well aware of the shorting in the markets, hence my comment about how sick I am of the corruption in said markets.
Really really tired of it and just so wish they had raised $2 mil more, then there wouldn't have been any reason to worry now.
Leo knows exactly what he is dealing from the Mako case, so I would have expected him to take that into consideration.
The 10K states that they have a cash burn of $700K a month, so by that metric they would run out of cash in the next 3-4 weeks, it also states however that they can scale back on some of the expenses to lower the monthly burn, if they can scale that back to say $3-400K a month they would then have enough to the end of the year.
No doubt whatever entity is pushing the price lower is firmly aware of the situation as well, hence the current attack.
