This is the order from back in 2008 when the financial crisis really started to take hold, it was only put in place to save the banks back then as it was concerning the banks and no other sectors

This only goes to show that the elite will protect themselves and have no concern for the rest of us.

I don't believe this order will be expanded to prohibit Naked Shorting in the OTC markets.
