Again...I will agree with the quote below, wholeheartedly...& can't wait to get it put behind us. As for the "money could have been better spent on getting the Del. taxes taken care of"...don't forget...the numbers we just got are 45 days old...that's 1/2 of this quarter ago. He may already have the $$$ to pay off Del right now...(if they accept our offer) & it'll show up in the 10K... think about it...half of last qtr's net = >$300K
