Ok that's just 100k we don't know what the full price is or anything about it except this Terms of financing are being worked out and will be announced in the next update but we will be sending Sifthouse a payment of $100,000 within the next few weeks.

That's a payment not full price.... I agree its a hot sector but before i can be happy with i want to see more details...

Steve has stated so many times how certain he was on things that have come back to haunt him and lower the PPS. ..

I'm fully aware i'm not a very educated person but have learned from the hard knocks of life you can try to expand to fast and hurt the very core of what you believed in and what got you to this point.

IMO if this money had been spent on Del taxes the name change could happen unless there is something wrong with financials that a audit couldn't happen , this alone could have raised the PPS to .02 IMO

Hope i'm wrong but that's just how i feel about...
