Curious myself.
I'm hoping for an agreement conclusion with a dividend payer having a good amount of cash on the balance sheet.
Hopeful for a good financial deal, but also the right partner (experience with success) for IBD.
I think they talked to many others and got a feel of what the right numbers would be to generate a term sheet that will close the deal.
