I agree Sox...I owned and engineering firm which I sold many moons ago and if my memory is correct for that transaction, the non-binding term sheet was the last key step before my attorney and the acquiring firm's attorney crafted the final agreements for closing. We had agreed on essentially everything at that point including purchase price, employee salaries, stock options etc. I am extremely curious about who the "global" pharma is!
