Correct - aged receivables stay but at least 50 -60% are able to be factored. THAT IS A LOT OF CASH TO LEAVE ON THE BS. DSO is high and it won't get much better unless he either hires someone to chase them or goes the CIA route - most dealers are not willing to give up their cash before they have to.

Steve needs to focus on sales and marketing - he either gets someone to do AR or he goes a non-traditional route - again JMO.
