If this is literally translated, to me, it says the 'board resolution' which went to all parties concerned is what we could see in the 'next financials' and not necessarily the actual reduction as he says THAT WOULD take place 'once the name change happens' ... in other words, can't repeat enough, if the name change actually takes effect, then there would be the actual reduction... let's please keep this all in perspective so we're not surprised/disappointed.
